 Heading Indochine China Office under direct reporting to Office Manager. Developing seasonal collections for USA & Europe and South Africa based on the fashion trends (major focus on Bottoms & Jackets). Continuous interaction with Designers, Buyers, Developments, Proto, & fits with size set &Shipment samples to provide innovation on new seasonal collections. Develop a product by clubbing the global fashion trends and the brand value. Conduct on site trainings to upgrade technical skills of Fits, Constructions. Work with factory and production teams to resolve bulk production issues related to quality, productivity & capability.  Design tools for complete evaluation of stitching & finishing details (Appearance, Fabric, Sewing handle & finishing details). Technical support to Qc team, Factory and providing sufficient technical training to understanding product and value. Getting approvals from the buyers and to advise the limitations and the possibilities of Constructions. Guiding and training factory to use eco friendly products

 Senior Quality Assurance Executive for Wrangler Brand, denim/Fashion wear /outer wear /tops & Bottoms . Co-ordinate with the Designing ,Merchandising and Sourcing Departments for effective sourcing. Outsourcing the product for different channels and production capacities based in Bangalore and Chennai. Ensure Quality of products manufactured from design till the final inspection and ensure customer satisfaction.  Attending the customer complaints if any and ensure that the corrective action is taken if required. Ensure Quality of garments by audit methods at different stages of manufacturing of production capacity of 5 lacks per season . Co-ordinate with the factory staff with respect to quality and ensure smooth flow of production. Ensuring a time and action calendar to draw up to and adhere with regards to shipments .
