Project Execution:Monitor project quality, quantity, and timelines closely at the site, ensuring work aligns with drawings and EHS guidelines. Oversee vendor coordination for timely material availability and quality, and monitor site safety, cost, and progress.Plan and ensure targeted activities' completion at the site for projected cash flow, resolving coordination issues and analyzing and clearing problems in advance.Participate in progress review meetings and approve electrical installations and security/IT works.Quality Assurance & Control:Review contractor's technical documents, ensuring installation quality aligns with standards and contract, and execute the project as per QA/QC manual.Conduct frequent checks on incoming materials to ensure quality and compliance with standards.Design Management:Check GFC drawings for consistency and coordinate with consultants for resolution of drawing and specification issues.Coordinate for TDS, shop drawing approval, and ensure timely issuance of drawings to avoid project delays.Tendering:Verify BOQ compliance with end-user requirements, prepare technical comparisons, define scope of work, and negotiate with contractors.
