Conducted audit walkthroughs, calculated energy savings, estimated project costs, calculated operation and maintenance savings, and identified occupant comfort improvements in facilities. Prepared detailed reports detailing recommended improvements and cost savings over various periods of time. Facilities who implement the recommendations reduced monthly utility expenses by up to 25%.• Facilities audited include large casinos and hotels in Reno, Nevada, Marcal Paper Mills (recently acquired by Soundview Paper Company) in Elmwood Park, NJ, and Princeton, Edison, and Maplewood school systems. Items examined and evaluated include HVAC equipment such as chillers, boilers, air handlers, cooling towers, and furnaces.
