I facilitate to run HR operations for IRISSTAR Technologies which includes onboarding, new hire orientation, helping floor leadership in the interpretation of policies, performance appraisals, benefits administration.Prior to IRISSTAR, I was associated with organizations like TrueTech Solutions, Inscribe Graphics, Trivent Systems, and TTK Healthcare TPA as an HR generalist/business partner. During my tenure at Inscribe Graphics and Trivent Systems, I helped both the companies to set HR policies/procedures according to business needs, automate leave/attendance management and payroll process. I also had a short stint as a functional consultant in SmartMegh Solutions.While attending to fellow employees is my primary job function by day, I also enjoy spending time with my family.
