Close coordination with production/project team and Ship owners representatives for timely pre-survey and post-survey to accomplish project phases within schedules. Develop the survey plan and necessary follow up action to narrow down the construction stage error. Maintain all Quality documents to clear for sea trial and delivery with no constrains.Ensure and improve safety & quality at all aspects.

Manage Asset Management department for effective allocation and maintenance of Marine Assets to meet the project requirement. Regular visit across all project sites to ascertain Asset conditions and optimize Asset utilization. Identify the gaps in performance standard and resolve concerns to ensure smooth project execution. Control budgets on travels and maintenance. Schedule, organize and execute major refit maintenance of dredgers at Maintenance yard.
