End to end Recruitment : Responsible for full life cycle recruitment, which includes, posting jobs, Searching resumes through references, job sites, pre-Screening resumes and applicants, setting up interviews, negotiating Salaries Daily rates and checking references. Understanding the requirement Calibration Process Qualifying and screening resume under various skill sets and conducting a preliminary telephonic interview.  Getting the C.V's shortlisted & lining up the desired candidates for the interview.  Coordinate with all the clients on update on interview schedules, interview feedback, etc.  Functioning as a single point of contact (SPOC).
