• Submitted candidates to Client's Portal and handled Onboarding issues.• Sourced candidates through Employee referrals, Data bank, Personal network, Vendors, Job-site (Monster, Dice, Carrier Builder, etc.), Job postings, Advertisements, Headhunting candidates as per the requirement.• Screened the profiles, conducted preliminary interviews, sending quality profiles that match the requirements.• Obtained accurate feedback from the clients regarding short-listed and/ or interviewed candidates, and all related activities till the joining of the candidate.• Responsible to complete all phases of the entire hiring cycle, from writing job requisitions,• placing jobs online, in-depth interviews, and reference checks, preparing offers, negotiating offers.• Verifying their Submissions as Per Client needs & Quality of Submission on a Daily-to-Daily Basis• Responsible for the Feedback of Every Candidate Submit on Client Portal and take follow up of the Candidate.• Strategizing innovative and effective ways to hire quality people
