Chandrasekhar Bilugu is a senior technocrat and entrepreneur with over twenty-nine years experience in Technology Strategy and Consulting, product development, management, programming, systems design, analysis and development with rich and varied international experience in systems and applications programming encompassing diverse technologies. He possesses a thorough understanding of the various underlying building blocks of different computing systems, at the most basic levels (OS's, Compilers, Networking, Applications), and has successfully built/architected many building blocks of technology and applications.With an international exposure to work spanning India, the rest of Asia-Pacific and USA, He has been involved in pioneering technology work with PSI Data Systems, Hewlett Packard and this knowledge culminated in his entrepreneurial venture as the Director of Network Solutions- a premier Network Integration organization.In 1997, he setup the software division of Network Solutions Ltd and built it up to a strong 45 member team with technical strengths in EAI, Network programming, Web Applications, Secure Internet Payment, CTI...the core strengths were recognized by leading global technology companies, and as a result, Intel Corporation acquired this group in 2001 and merged it into the Intel Solution Services fold.He was running the Intel Solution Services business for Asia Pacific serving as the head of the main technology consulting group within Intel. He has done the bulwark for ISS in the area of e-governance, in its quest for technical evangelism and setting up technology standards aligned with the business specifications.In 2007, Intel decided to exit the Solution Services business. The ISS India team, under the leadership of Chandrasekhar, decided to venture on its own, resulting in the setting up of eGestalt Technologies Pvt Ltd.
