I am a recent undergraduate student from University of Maryland University College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Science and with a minor in Human Resources Management. I also received my certificate in Human Resources Management May 2012. In May of 2018 I received my master's degree in management with a focus in Finance and Human Resources.I have worked over 20 years in a business management capacity. My current position has allowed me to play a key role in preparing senior management strategic plans. As a financial manager I provide financial analysis, budgeting, and leadership. I have implemented and balanced strategies while ensuring fiscal stability for the company. I also have experience in cash management and Human Resources Management. I am a results-driven manager who interacts effectively with a diverse group of people. I also offer exceptional attention to detail, highly developed communication skills, and a talent for managing complex projects with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask.
