Duties include;• training of new staff • reviewing settlement details for authorisation • accurately reviewing data – ensuring all loans are entered correctly and according to policy • keeping settlement turnaround times within pre-determined limits • ensuring approval conditions, interest rates and loan term on contracts correct and are satisfied prior to settlement and the release of funds • communicate with internal departments and Brokers on the status of settlements and communicate with internal compliance to insure all practises carried out are within AML guidelines.
