Chanel is a Senior Finance professional who specializes in optimizing common "back office" solutions to better enable strategic business decisions and operate with increased efficiency. Currently leading Finance and Operations at several fashion and consumer brand start ups - she's taking her 8+ years of experience at PwC to enable the operations of a growing fashion and art business. As a Consultant in the Finance Advisory Practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York City, Chanel gained valuable knowledge of core finance processes and best practices –including management reporting, financial planning, and transactional activity. She also has experience preparing organizations for changes within process and technology. Examples include development and review of end-to-end global processes and organizational design, preparing process documentation and training materials for both an SAP BPC and Oracle R12 global implementations, as well as extensive project management experience. She also has experience optimizing Shared Service functions - providing key recommendations for future state structure, process ownership, governance, and suggestions on robotic process automation.
