Concept and design of clothing and apparel as well as photography, videography, and marketing concepts for the brand. Managing small groups for order fulfillment and sales at expos.

I photograph athletes and products for content on the website, banners, products, and promotional materials. I also do videography for the YouTube channel and Instagram advertisements. Further more, I create a concept/design some of the apparel.

As co owner I handled marketing via social media and growing accounts from a few thousand followers to hundreds of thousands of followers, inventory, purchasing, billing, filling orders, shipping orders, mail correspondence, managing small groups for order fulfillment and sales at expos, and clothing design. In addition to these duties I also handled the marketing, videography, photography, editing, and created our promotional materials such as flyers and business cards. I also worked all the expos/conventions the company attended and acted as sales associate and model.

I acted as the office and warehouse manager, customer service, accounts receivable, warehouse clerk, inventory, telemarketer, and sales assistant. My responsibilities include but are not limited to, managing seasonal employees and teaching them how to reconfigure lights, assisting customers with orders and concerns, recalling product when needed, creating spec sheet packets for new customers, appointment setting, filing, faxing, mail correspondence, handling accounts receivable using Quickbooks, creating and entering orders and invoices, picking, packaging, and palleting/wrapping product for orders, telemarketing, inventory/stock checks, and light sales via phone and e mail correspondence.

I acted as the administrative assistant and receptionist. My responsibilities included answering multiple phone lines, mail correspondence, filing, faxing, preparing travel arrangements, researching venues as well as artists, creating event calendars, researching other events in the area and time frame of our events, creating social networking pages to promote our events, working our events as a backstage manager in charge of guest lists, back stage passes, artist's requests, and assisting the event director as needed.

My goal as a data entry clerk was to accurately enter a high volume of orders in a timely manner. I was responsible for entering a heavy volume of orders, monitoring calls on hold, filing, light faxing, light mail correspondence assistance, as well as closing duties such as sorting, checking the volume of entered orders, and accuracy.

As a customer service representative my goal was to ensure all sales reps, dealers, various league teams, and end customers were satisfied with our products and service. My responsibilities included, but were not limited to, assisting sales reps, dealers, and end customers when placing orders as well as providing information regarding product. I received and placed orders by phone, fax, and mail from sales reps and dealers.
