We are a nonprofit organization that addresses the lack of exposure and resources for HBCU Athletics through our platform. We host events, mental health programming, player development, and other opportunities for high school and collegiate student athletes.

Math Enrichment Teacher: Conduct classroom instruction to students in K-5. Teach students strategies to enhance the current standards that they focus on in their homeroom class. Support classroom math instruction by using Chess as a conductor to teach students different strategies to as it relates to Common Core Math standards. Previously, Senior Paraprofessional: Conduct classroom instruction to students in a Literacy Lab. Providing instruction to a small group of students (6th -8th grades) teaching decoding, phonemic awareness, and oral reading fluency. Also responsible for training teachers new to the Literacy Lab and serving as a resource for Really Great Reading Instructional program. Building a middle school model that provides a path to close the gap of students’ current reading level and the grade reading level. Monitor students’ academic progress through oral reading and silent reading fluency assessments.

KeepLivin is a Private Health Information Exchange devoted to reducing health disparities in undeserved communities . Keeplivin addresses disparities within healthcare to improve efficacy and reduce cost through an IT platform that drives patient engagement and improved physician effectiveness. Keeplivin works with medical and population specific information with a culturally relevant delivery to change patient ongoing behavior and interaction with the medical community.

R.index empowers retailers and etailers to capture the sentiment of consumer decisions. As a Social indexer, I gather lifestyle information and track social shopping patterns and social rankings. The information I collect is a valuable resource to retailers so that they may use specific techniques to capture their target markets.

Job Transition Specialist: Colorado TANF Workforce Program. I am on the team that is responsible for working with TANF clients that have a physical or mental disability. I work with individuals on a daily basis to ensure that they are complying with federal regulations and to help them on their paths to self-sufficiency with employment or SSI path. I work on individualized plans each month with clients and help them to overcome challenges. I have taken Crucial Conversations as well as received my National Certificate in Employment Services: Get Work Now. I have taken other classes as well as instructed orientations to make sure that I stay connected to the clients’ needs.
