I am currently a Recruiter/Sourcer at Robinhood, where I manage up to 16 roles at a time in the Communications, Marketing, and Sherwood Media teams. I have core competencies in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates, as well as using Tableau, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Greenhouse.Prior to my current role, I was a Sourcer for Technical and Customer Experience roles at Robinhood, where I sourced and converted over 30 FINRA licensed candidates, participated in the DEI initiative, and led two project groups focused on DEI initiatives at Robinhood. I am passionate about finding diverse and talented candidates who share Robinhood's mission of democratizing finance for all. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I am fluent in English; conversant in Spanish and Haitian Creole; and have volunteered as a teacher for more than 100 hours. I am also the co-lead of the sisterhood-nyc employee resource group, where I support and empower women in the workplace.
