• Manage Mediset program where pre-filled weekly pill boxes are delivered to patients ensuring medication compliance per doctor or nursing home request for 150 patients on a weekly basis
• Coordinate the daily delivery program with over 75 deliveries a day; fill and process orders, formulate driver routes, perform financial reconciliation at days end
• Host semi-annual audits performed by, or on behalf of, Prescription Benefit Managers and scored 100% three years running; auditor pulls prescriptions and signature logs (patient sign-off) to review for accuracy/proper.
• Schedule seven technicians for an operation open seven days a week accommodating paid-time off and dealing with unforeseen events- Familiar with DEA and HIPPA regulations
