CurrentFacilitate the resolution of brand compliance issues on print and digital marketing materials.• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across the franchise network to determine proper use of brand assets and corrections to existing ad or web content• Consistently follow up with all parties on outstanding issues and set deadlines for resolution• Coordinate with internal creative teams to evaluate, approve and ensure all branded merchandise and advertising collateral aligns with proper standards and guidelines• Receive enterprise-wide brand inquiries, responding to and resolving over 35+ inquiries per day• Create and produce new brand education materials including authoring and updating brand standards handbook
