My role includes managing end-to-end processes, ensuring seamless execution across multiple touchpoints, and fostering a collaborative environment to drive creativity and innovation. - Open, oversee, and advance incoming marketing request for essential campaign elements, including offsets, emails, member materials, and ad master tickets. - Ensure legal supplements and sponsor-specific materials (e.g., buck slips) meet requirements. - Approve and upload final offset artwork to print vendors, coordinating print and email materials for consistent quality and compliance. - Collaborate with stakeholders and project managers to define project scope, timelines, and budgets. - Work cross-functionally to guarantee timely execution, tracking all materials, and ensuring final attestations. - Identify potential risks and proactively develop solutions for seamless project flow. - Streamline communication channels and implement project management tools to boost workflow efficiency. - Proofread all materials, perform link reviews, and review internal tests to ensure accuracy and consistency. - Continuously seek areas for process improvement and implement efficiencies, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. - Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing. - Provide management with strategic insights to enhance capabilities and strengthen service offerings. - Coordinate delivery of prospect/member samples to Communication Leads, reaching out proactively for any questions or blockers.
