As a strategic, technology-driven, forward-thinking executive, I have comprehensive expertise in change leadership, program management, product development, innovation and technology, and acquisitions and integrations. I’ve made countless significant contributions to What Chefs Want, including: ● Coordinating the smooth integrations of all technology and data management systems, organizations,and departments from over 20 acquired companies, creating all processes and scaling systems to align withthe enterprise’s growth of 2000% in annual revenue over 10 years.  ● Devised and built execution strategy for a new GTM channel that enabled third parties to sell gourmet restaurant product lines resulting in $MM revenue with limited increase in operational expenditures. Program management spanned cross-functional departments from warehousing, purchasing, operations, pricing, IT and e-commerce. ● Scoped, developed, and partnered with developers, engineers and designers to launch a six figure overhaul to the web and mobile device B2B ecommerce platforms. Features including: allowing customers to pay their bills online, promotion of curated product marketing lists, customer maintained frequently ordered and favorites list, third party dropship programs, maintenance of contact information, live delivery information and more. I’ve devoted my career thus far to enhancing technology systems and business processes with a focus on user and customer experience.
