Managing Director Workforce Development
CurrentSenior Leader Executive responsible for delivering operational leadership, strategic development, and quality improvement for 3 robust transitional job workforce development programs serving over 200+ clients annually to ensure program outcomes and long-term growth. Strategic thought partner amongst a team of senior leaders to drive organizational strategies and goals. • Oversee and design key program components including, recruitment, enrollment, core services, performance measures, and grant reporting• Manage a budget scope of 5.9 million dollars• Use HR best practices and transformational leadership skills to inspire, coach, and mentor a staff of 25 and 5 direct reports• Fund development efforts including, but not limited to grant application writing, engaging and soliciting funders, and assisting with the coordination of events• Develop and oversee the implementation of an integrated workforce development strategy for 10 housing and employment programs• Develop and maintain key partnerships with employers, referring and community-based partners to achieve strategic outcomes benefiting participants
