My mother is a writer, a musician and an artist. My father is an engineer, a musician, and a talker.Me - I'm a bit of all of that.I'm a creative, and always curious about how stuff works. I LOVE to learn and dive deep into details and analysis, but I equally enjoy dreaming about the art of the possible.My obsession is communication. It is the core of connection, opportunity and success. If we are able to understand one another, to truly hear each other, and can also effectively express our own message, anything is attainable! I've been blessed with the opportunity to lead teams and develop talent for over 15 years. I am a compassionate leader, who coaches based on the individual. I've led virtual, global, cross-functional teams of program management, customer success, marketing and client experience. My area of expertise is corporate travel, anything and everything that might fall under that umbrella from SaaS to sourcing to operations and opportunity analysis. I enjoy working with a variety of stakeholders, whether it is an end user or an executive, each perspective adds valuable insights that can inform decision-making and direction for development.
