• Provide technical solutions and support for expansion and upgrades of unclassified/classified network equipment.
• Provide system support for all infrastructure related to NIPR, SIPRNet, and Centrix system.
• Provide installation, operation, and maintenance support to NIPR, SIPR, Centrix VTC.
• Provide hardware maintenance support for designated VTC systems.
• Troubleshoot for techincal issue.
• Set up VTC for new sites.

• Manage, install, dispose, diagnose, and troubleshoot entire computers and network devices belongs to Daegu DODEA.
• Create, delete, and manage users account through SCCM, Active Directories, and PowerShell.
• Performs system security evaluation, audit, and review and detects for potential cyber-risks/threats.
• Troubleshoots and remediate the error/issue for customers.
• Follows the DoD regulation and guideline to protect the information and end-users.
• Patch entire computers belonging to Daegu DODEA up to hundred percent.

-managed the communication and sensitive information for our organization on Emergency Operations Center. -maintained assigned sensitive items and vehicles issued to Organization's Head section team.
