 Involved in more than 25 projects with total RM 350 million contract, includes F&B, Show Galleries, Offices, and Hospitality.  Actively involved in pre-contract and post contract. Pre-contract includes tender document reviews, tender preparation and submission, value engineering (VE) studies, attending all clarification meetings and tender interviews. Assisted company in winning contract bids for the company. Managed all costs related for projects from initial to completion and final account. Writing correspondences, dispute resolution/avoidance, leading and provide guidance to project team. To liaise with Client/Consultants on all the contractual/ commercial aspects. Administration of subcontract and resolving any disagreement with subcontractors/suppliers. Taking full ownership of all contractual/commercial issues. Evaluate, negotiate and provide recommendation of all subcontractors' additional works/VO.
