I’m a graduate student with a unique experience in Sociology and Accounting. Currently I am pursuing my Master of Sociology at the University of Amsterdam. My academic journey began with a passion for understanding the mechanics of business operations and finances through my Bachelor's degree in Accounting. However, my curiosity about de-naturalize social phenomenon and a desire to foster inclusive environments led me to Sociology, where I am now studying the intersections of work, culture and gender.Through various internships and roles across different sectors—from event coordination and human resource to customer relationship management and volunteer work—I have developed my skills in project management, communication and community engagement. These experiences have not only enriched my understanding of diverse work environments but also solidified my commitment to advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.My goal is to use my background and experience to contribute to a more inclusive, supportive, and equitable workplace.
