The activities I enjoy require a certain amount of physical ability and I’ve had times in my life where my ability to do those things have been taken away. Living without those things was a big step down in quality of life. Since then it has been my mission to remove these barriers for myself and others so we can all pursue what we love without restriction or hesitation. I left my career in engineering to pursue my passion for helping others improve their healthspan.
