As the Programme Director at Greenpeace Nordic, I was responsible for developing the strategic direction, planning & budgeting, overseeing the execution and evaluation of the organisation's environmental programme as well as the programme functions. The programme consisted of various large projects and campaigns executed in the Nordic countries as well as in other parts of the world.
