As a Project Management graduate student at Northeastern University with a strong foundation in Architecture, I bring diverse experience in Construction Project Management, Estimation, and Health & Safety Inspection. My practical experience has been gained through active involvement in various construction projects. In my role as a Construction Project Management Co-Op Intern at Firmo Construction, I have worked on numerous hotel construction projects throughout Florida and Georgia, managing different phases of the project life cycle. I have created comprehensive project estimates and bid proposals using Bluebeam software, and assisted in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules to ensure timely and efficient project completion. Regular site visits allowed me to monitor progress, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.I collaborated closely with the Project Manager to coordinate subcontractors, materials, and resources, ensuring smooth project execution. Additionally, I prepared detailed progress reports, maintained project documentation, and facilitated effective stakeholder communication. My involvement in cost analysis, budgeting, and financial tracking has helped keep projects within budget constraints. With OSHA 30-Hour and 10-Hour certifications, I have upheld rigorous health and safety standards on all projects. I possess technical proficiency with Bluebeam, Sage, Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, and SketchUp. My comprehensive background and hands-on experience have provided me with the technical skills and knowledge necessary for effective project and construction management.
