Our clients include several leading charter schools, faith-based organizations, community based organizations and non-governmental organizations.

The Environmental Leadership Program supports emerging environmental and social change practitioners eager to connect our specialized work to larger environmental and social concerns. I'm a part of a group of Fellows that represents diversity of race and ethnicity, gender, sector, sexual orientation, education levels, professional background, values and traditions, and expertise. The Fellowship Programs offers intensive leadership and skill training, regional and national networking opportunities, and time for personal and professional reflection. Through retreats and optional additional trainings, the curriculum helps emerging leaders hone their leadership styles, improve their strategy and organizational development, and strengthen their outreach to diverse constituencies.

• Conceptualized and launched the Mawuni Leadership Lab, a robust 18-month agenda encompassing the Ideas Festival; Working Groups; luncheon confabs with funders and community partners; and a semester-long capstone project with the SUNY Delhi senior architecture students and professor, who designed Mawuni’s expansive, carefully appointed Sanctuary.• Leveraged relationships within my network, built across disciplines and over 25 years, to expand the Mawuni network.• Steered the establishment of the founding board of directors and the transition to a second board of directors.• Established Mawuni’s office at WeWork, the 17-story pioneering co-working space in Midtown Manhattan.• Facilitated coverage by the Logo Television news site NewNowNext, which has added Mawuni to its featured roster of LGBTQ change-makers and movements. This coverage prompted interest from around the country.• Created new and bolstering existing Mawuni relationships with the State University of New York, and upstate entities such as the Get Woke Film Series, WIOX radio, an NPR affiliate, and a rainbow of local change-makers, activists and creatives.• Secured pro bono counsel from the Legal Aid Society’s Community Development Project and law partners from Debevoise & Plimpton, a global law firm.• Guiding those pro bono attorneys as they restated and amended the by-laws; drafted a conflict-of-interest policy; and clarified a host of legal, ethical and fiscal issues related to Mawuni’s current lease and the donor's intentions for the South Kortright property.

For over a decade served as subject matter expert, executive coach and leadership development professional with more than two dozen organizations in the Greater NY Metro area. We worked mostly on long-term/project based assignments with Federation of of Protestant Welfare Agencies (and it member agencies), The General Board of Global Ministries of the United Methodist Church, World Day of Prayer - USA Committee and The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. Some of our short-term projects included board trainings, program development, prospect(s) research and fund development plans and well as new business plans. This work was completed for ICNA Relief USA, Turning Point, Muslim Women's Institute for Research and Development, Lavelle School for the Blind and Voces Latina.

A nine-month, leadership development program that challenges experienced professionals from diverse sectors, backgrounds and perspectives to explore current public policy issues and cultivate leadership skills needed to create informed change in the city.

Designed and lead all children and youth ministries and programming including, The Grace After School Program, Grace Music School and The Grace Summer Camps. Provided leadership and support to the staff and parents of the Peaceable Montessori School. Served on Church Council with responsibility and accountability for church-related youth programs (Wesley Hall). Grew programs capacity from 100-350 over 2 years.

Co-Lead the efforts to support NCC member communions, regional and local ecumenical groups, congregations and individuals across the United States observe the annual “Peace With Justice Week”. Developed educational and issue resources, worship services and study material annually. Worked collaboratively with colleagues externals on other issue days including CDF's "Stand For Children" March and UNCIEF's "Day of The African Child" to encourage member communions to participate.
