I love change! Why? Because it is exciting, diverse and it can literally transform organisations and people’s working lives - and I love to make a difference! Change Management as it is traditionally applied is outdated. Change needs to change! Most change methodologies are stuck in a predigital era. That’s why I founded Changeology. It’s high time to start catching up! We have modernised the change experience. As for my personal style, well perhaps my team would be best to answer that.
