About Julie Oliver

I love change! Why? Because it is exciting, diverse and it can literally transform organisations and people’s working lives - and I love to make a difference! Change Management as it is traditionally applied is outdated. Change needs to change! Most change methodologies are stuck in a predigital era. That’s why I founded Changeology. The Customer has a single source of information of how/what/where to buy Indirect goods and services.The outcome being channelled spend against PSL resulting in >90% spend under management globally.Fundamentally we are changing the way we buy.A core component of the programme will be robust consequence management policies to drive behaviour consistently resulting in improved cost performance and savings.The programme will deliver a significant breakthrough in the way that the Procurement function can globally influence the wider business in the way that engages in the buying process.
