By education I am a Mechanical Engineer. I have an MBA from a top UK Business School and gained my professional qualifications in Operations. I have spent many years as Geschäftsführer in Germany, and as a Managing Director in Belgium, Holland and the UK. I have worked in Construction and Industrial Products and the Automobile Industry.My specialty is change management, ranging from rebuilding financially distressed businesses through to achieving significant growth in established but underperforming companies.
