My objective in life is to help people and organizations get to where they want to go. I have always wanted to help others in some form or fashion. I like to bring the best out of people in whatever they do. I especially enjoy looking at organizational problems from several angles to offer various possibilities and ultimately the best solutions.Making new connections and fostering a relationship is key to an individual's and an organization's livelihood. I am experienced with lean principles in manufacturing processes and in business operations. I have worked in various areas including: management, training and development, logistics, health & safety, education, and manufacturing.In my student affairs work, I counseled students (liberal arts, engineering, graduate, athletics and veterans in particular) in choosing a major, preparing for co-ops and internships, finding full-time employment after graduation and assisting in their overall personal development and vocational discernment.
