Moved away from primarily shooting and editing to overseeing productions processes, podcasts, webcasts, and live events. Restarted and grew our podcast presence from a few scattered periodic episodes to 10+ relevant channels for member and public niches, including the Journal of Accountancy Podcast, one of the global top performing accounting podcasts. During Covid, oversaw the transition from in person to remote first production processes, ensuring all staff were trained and equipped to remotely capture and produce needed programs. Despite studio closures, output increased throughout 2020. Lead Producer for the AICPA Town Hall Webcast, a Bi-Weekly informational program that started as a real time PPP guidance resource and has since developed into an all encompassing regular update on issues impacting the accounting profession. Was recently named the #1 accountant's resource by a leading trade journal. ~15,000 people currently register for each live broadcast. Kigali, Rwanda

As a partner with Play For Hope's Film Mentorship Program, I flew to Kigali, Rwanda in July of 2013 along with two other filmmakers to embark upon a 3 week immersive film program with 6 students selected from the ranks of Play For Hope's other programs. While there we worked 7-8 hours per day, 6 days a week with the students to teach them the skills necessary to take part in the emerging video production market in Rwanda. The students first learned basic production skills and vocabulary to lay the foundation, but quickly moved into working with a variety of camera types including basic point and shoot picture cameras with video, consumer level camcorders, professional cameras (Panasonic HVX 200a) and DSLR (Canon 7D).In the time we were there, they received as much training as a college student would in a typical semester of classroom and lab work. They learned story-writing, lighting, audio, editing, videography, and general production techniques by constantly working hands-on producing videos and practicing their craft.We are continuing the training via the internet and with Play For Hope staff in Rwanda. The students will continue to receive projects from us and Play For Hope to allow them to further develop their skill set, and will be gradually moving into independently producing professional videos as a sustainable business venture.
