Supporting all partner related processes within EY Asia-Pacific including partner, executive director and director promotion, performance management, succession planning and other Talent related items.

Forecasting, reporting and analysis of Oceania partner and staff headcount to the Oceania Leadership Team. Completing compliance reporting for the firm including the annual Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) reporting and WGEA Employer of Choice submission. Internal reporting (annual pay parity analysis, ratings comparison report, recruitment and turnover reporting) and external reporting (CEW CEO toolkit and Australia Workplace equality Index). Assisting the Oceania D&I Council and team in the implementation of the D&I agenda across Oceania. Providing project management of key D&I programs and events including Reconciliation Action Plan, National Reconciliation Week, various D&I award programs.Developing business cases and strategy documents for different focus areas of D&I - domestic violence and supplier diversity.

Supporting the Assurance and Advisory Business Services division of the firm and responsible for the adherence to time limits on the archiving of engagements.

Auditing of companies in the financial sector by identifying significant processes within bank funds management and superannuation organisations and identifying financial and operational risks surrounding these processes.
