I have been working in the IT industry for 17 years which includes my over 10 years ofproduct manager experience. My job started by managing remote support and remote control service and transitioned to be in charge of webinar service and remote visual support. It includes tasks such as improving service UI/UX, developing new functions, and assuring product stabilization. Also, it is my job to communicate and make decisions with planners, application developers, mobile developers, web developers, QAs, marketers, and sales to provide better products to customers. Currently, I am working as a Technical Program Manager at WantedLab.
