Project (International Communication Equipment Manufacturer Digital Transformation)• Worked with senior consultants to establish the overall digital transformation solutions, aiming at improving the internal/external marketing efficiency and B/C customer experiences; Conducted research on competitor stores, simulated and visualized the customer journey, reconstructed the WeChat platform and SOP for official account• The whole set of digital transformation solutions included the offline smart hardware (VR&AI system) with the aligned internal and external digital marketing tool (WeCom); Upgraded the solution from initial BU to the whole SHO in Project Phase 2; The whole set of digital transformation solutions became the core 2019 business strategy and gained the financial and executive support from global HQ and SHO• Crawled and scraped comment information by utilizing pandas from target website, analyzed the high-frequency text mining to find the key customer experience feedback, thus provided 2 suggestions on marketing outreach to be the annual KPI for the team; The link of the offline and online solution package greatly boosted the marketing KPI around 40% annual growth
