After passing the Korean Patent Bar, I started my career as a Korean patent attorney at top Seoul firm Y.P. Lee, Mock & Partners. I worked on many patent cases for Korea’s biggest conglomerate, gathering experience in areas of technology including telecommunications, networks, computer software, Internet, UI/UX, and video codecs. I have extensive experience in the preparation of claim charts for international standard pool registration of HEVC patents and am also a skilled drafter of patent specifications. I have also served as a member of the examination committee for the Korean Patent Bar. I joined PI IP LAW in 2015 and work for a number of domestic and overseas clients. When not busy taking care of my client’s patent issues, i can be found in the pool honing my swimming skills.
