1、负责华东四省一市重点客户的项目与服务交付，包括四通一达、德邦、佳吉等快递快运行业领军企业和沃尔玛、苏宁、星巴克等货主企业，以及空气化工、万华集团等危化品运输企业，专注于客户服务与经营，年营收在数千万人民币 2、担任企业方案事业部的PMO，建立公司级项目管理体系，制订项目经理绩效考核制度，负责全国项目经理招聘最后一轮的面试。领导建设项目管理信息系统PMIS，提升企业客户团队在成本、进度方面的整体管理水平 3、售前方案管理，组织客户业务调研，针对业务需求制定解决方案，带领团队完成方案宣讲、售前会议、启动会议等关键售前步骤，同时指导项目经理制定实施方案 4、管理华东主要客户项目的进度、质量、成本、风险，提炼最佳实践和策略，提高团队的实施效率，完善组织级过程资产 5、改善运营服务流程，引入ITIL服务流程，协助运营团队提高服务的可视化，以及服务输出的稳定一致 6、兼管大客户销售团队半年左右，负责潜在客户分析，识别销售机会，制定销售策略，向重要客户的高层管理团队宣讲方案，管理销售漏斗和回款

- Build up partnership with famous software manufacturers, to sell their products in mainland and provide consulting as well as post-sales service.- Won the trust of many customers, including Education of Ministry, Baosight, etc. - Become featured partner of multi brands due to the outstanding achievements within a short time. - Launch two start-up projects and take the role of product manager.

- Lead multi key accounts like eBay, ASB and Ericsson. Totally revenue of each year is at multi millions USD. - Consolidate internal resource to provide improvement consultant and advice. - Work closely with customer to identify short-term and middle-term requirements. - Review the progress and evaluate team performance. Make and carry out follow-up plan.- Manage customer’s overall satisfaction level and escalations if any. - Collaborate across functional teams to response to customer requests. - Help sales team renew the contract and enrich the service line. - Lead and manage 30+ direct subordinate. Work on routine management tasks when managing projects, including review and approval, hiring, performance review and rating, team building.

- Lead US & EMEA business of the company. - Build up partnership with potential customer of these areas, and conclude deals. - Present company to C-level visitors, including our solution, reputation and capacities. - Be responsible for the hiring and building of delivery team. - Carry out performance review over team members.

- Manage multi international projects. - Work closely with overseas teams, clarify requirements and manage the progress as well as quality. - Technical platform including VC++/Database/SAP ABAP/Pathon/DotNet/J2EE.- Team size is within 10 people. Duration of each project is different. - Adopt and practice agile development process.
