Connector between different People Team Centers of Excellence (People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, People Tech/Operations, DEI&B, Employee Relations, Organizational Effectiveness, Workplace/Facilities), facilitating communication and collaboration on all projects. 🌈 Key player in building the DEI&B foundation and early programs/processes. Established Employee Resource Groups: Black, LatinX, Women, Pride (LGBT), Asians, and Early Careers.
