Current-Manage day-to-day execution of all sourcing, manufacturing, assembly, production, and inventory management to support new product innovation and customer order fulfillment-Manage the production-line throughout the product life cycle phases, from new product innovation to mass production, and establish new production lines for any new company products-Secure, develop and manage productive working relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, manufacturers, factories and other organizations to enable cost-effective, timely and quality manufacturing capabilities-Adopt and implement industry-standard processes and software to support all sales, operational and accounting needs, while providing visibility into costs and inventory levels-Develop and implement quality control and assurance systems to minimize manufacturing-related product failures-Proactively develop our tools, processes, systems and capabilities to enable an efficient, cost-effective and highly productive operation according to industry best practices
