* Manage Supply end to end Chain include New Launch management, Packaging, Forecasting, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality and Procurement.* Led M&A project in Japan, integrated Boots Healthcare International into RB organisation with flawless.

* Full responsibility Global Supply cost saving targets through the best practice program.* Develop and enhance Cost Optimisation toolkits for Manufacturing and Logistics, which include initiatives like Global Benchmarking, Sourcing Studies, Process optimisation and other methods designed to creatively develop opportunities by Lean and 6 Sigma.

* Complete the Supply integration project into Reckitt Benckiser system for local company,Oxy, who was merged to Reckitt Benckiser which included on Organisation.* Integrate ERP system from Oracle into JDE.* Lead re-structuring of Supply organisation

* Control 130 Gas stations.* Develop the routing optimization for Transportation.
