Information Technology Service Delivery Manager
CurrentRepresenting of Glanbia "Global Business Services" headquarter in Ireland, to provide IT & IS management services as well as service delivery into Asia Pacific Region. The Glanbia "GBS" model for interfacing with local business units relies on a structure for Business Relationship and Service Delivery: The Business Relationship role manages the strategic partnership between "GBS" and the local business units in the region; The Service Delivery role manages the performance of "GBS" in accordance with Service Level Agreements to local business unitsMy team provides IT service to 3 manufacture facilities in the region, which based in Suzhou China, Mumbai India and Melbourne Australia. We also support more than 10 other representative offices within the region.• Built up a mature IT service team from scratch as well as set up proper IT service standards and models for the first three years in Asia Pacific region. Managing and controlling over 6 million RMB IT regional budget, to ensure the maximization of value adding to local business.• Managing international team and 11 external suppliers in Asia Pacific region. Based on the principle of service orientation, using the method of combination with internal resources and external resources to provide IT service into various business unites across the region.• Representing of Glanbia "Global Business Services" headquarter in Ireland, and reporting back to GBS GM. On behalf of Asia Pacific region to participate the designing and implement of Global IT service strategy. Also be responsible for most of IT related projects in the region. Such as SAP full module implementation project in 2011; CRM and MES implementation project in 2012;Global IS and service standardizations project in 2013; PRM and LIMS implementation project in 2014; “One Glanbia” Project in 2015-2016; and some other large and small plant expansion, office relocation and office building projects over last few years.
