CurrentProject manager for drug substance biopharmaceutical tech transfers to cGMP manufacturing facility- Plan and Monitor implementation for tech transfer and other manufacturing projects to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and cost- Coordinate various cross-functional activities including Business, Finance, Technical, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to promote smooth and efficient tech-transfer, manufacturing, and other project implementations- Create, develop, and organize project plan & schedule to define project scope and logistics and monitor project activities requiring coordination among multiple deparments and clients- Manage project finances including budget, PO, invoice, and payment schedule- Developed implementation strategy of EDW project with Power BI to present PM KPIs to senior management- Support project management operation including invoice issuance leveraging SAP ERP
