Jun Wing has been actively taking part in leadership development activities and started to be an event organizer since his university time. Being a motivated driven individual, he had worked in multiple jobs and was pursuing his career in Osiris International which is an international youth organization that focuses on youth development and youth empowerment while he was finishing his Bachelor Degree. During his tender age, he was already experienced in handling numberless obstacles and challenges working in a vibrant team which eventually transformed him into a resilient individual today.By having the honorable chance of being part of Osiris International, it unlocked more precious opportunities for him such as working with a pioneer team of a leading multi-million dollar mobile application investment company, AppShack Asia. Being one of the youngest team member in the team didn't limit his potential of being an professional Production Manager. He was in charged of managing investor's relationship, taking care of start-ups entrepreneurs and also ensuring the Live TV production of AppShack Asia running smoothly.Having these privileges of working directly with successful venture capitalists, high net-worth investors, entrepreneurs, professionals, and experts from multiple industries enabled him to develop and grow exponentially in terms of soft skills (project management, communication skills, sales, team building, goal settings and etc.) as well as personal development.
