CurrentGuiding external vendors and internal project teams, provided strategic program management to align multiple concurrent projects with Motorola’s emphasis on automation and operational efficiency.Examples include:Pioneering innovation: introduced and spearheaded the implementation of the first-ever third-party AI-based contract ingestion service in Motorola's legal department. This initiative significantly accelerated the speed of M&A company integration.Business ownership and management of over a dozen homegrown and cloud-based applications globally used at Motorola. These applications spanned various functions, including employee recognition programs, NDA generation, contract lifecycle management, ethics and compliance, employee health and safety, audit, and political contribution.Orchestration of monthly Change Advisory Board meetings with senior management teams in Revenue Recognition, Procurement, HR, and Legal. Through these meetings, we crafted a roadmap and delivered business-critical features in the aforementioned applications.Collaboration with HR business leaders to identify and execute strategies to enhance the adoption of existing HR platforms, such as Workday HCM, as well as the successful launch of chatbots to streamline employee queries related to HR, contributing to the overall automation of day-to-day business processes.
