Duties and Responsibilities • Responsible for IP network configuration and integration for new site router on-air, and new fixed service (FTTH, DIA, L2VPN, L3VPN, IP Transit customer)• Responsible to perform planed CR activities: modify network service, upgrade version, change network design, swap service, and interface extensions for bandwidth and redundancy in IP RAN/IP Core Network. Analyse, evaluate test results and report to Manager after planned activity. • Changed Request data analysis and follow CR process as per GNOC procedures.• Network element health check before and after planned activity execution.• Technically supporting and troubleshooting IP network operation issue according to NOC request.• Plan the configuration and integration of the proposed solution for the fixed service customer requirements• Monthly maintained and audit IP Network element as per instruction from IP Team Manager.

• Lead the Front office team, Provide guidance and training to junior NOC Technicians in developing their technical skills• Developed standards, processes and future action plan according to requirements of team and improve efficiency.• 24/7 supporting for daily operation issues in transmission/DWDM/enterprise network with shift engineer, shift lead, back office, field technician, 3PP team and customer(Telenor Operation)• Responsible for alarm mismatch, mistake, delay and problem made by shift engineer and report to Front Office manager. • Performed Health check, provide analysis and root cause analysis for the cases coming from customer complaint and optimization team.• Weekly Backup taken for IP RAN/DWDM nodes. • Responsible for 1st level PAT of new enterprise customer and enterprise on air tracker.
