I created my own Facebook page and Instagram account to help Jewish women in the United Kingdom find modest clothes in fashion. I post pictures of current fashionable clothes with links to the website they can find them on. I also give advice as to what shoes, jackets or accessories that will go with that specific garment.

I have worked on a variety of skills during the last few years including sewing, research and garment construction, with work on pattern making. I have improved immensely since I started sewing over ten years ago. I have been working for myself while studying to do alterations. I have change zips, added darts and lengthened and shortened garments.

As a supervisor I hold keys for the store. I manage a small team in order to keep things in running smoothly, and that customers are served efficiently. In addition I am able to complete the morning paper work and close up the store in the evening. I am there to provide excellent customer service. I ask them what they need, help them in the fitting room if they need other sizes, and serve them at the till when they buy something. I make sure the shop floor is always kept clean and tidy. I assist when a delivery comes, tagging the products as they come in to the store. I help with keeping the stock room tidy so we can get things more efficiently.

I was there to help, advice and serve customers. With a range of customers coming into the store; some who didn't even speak proper English, I talked them through what special offers we had on phone contracts. I made sure that the customer was happy with their purchase. I worked as part of a team to achieve the stores weekly goal, as well as working individually on my own goals. I had meetings with my manager where we discussed improvement.I did confirm before the customer left the store that their phone was set up and ready to go for them.

During this busy Christmas period working in Oxford Street, one of London's busiest streets, I had many tasks which did become repetitive. I was there to help customers find what they were looking for. Whether I was looking in the stock room or on the shop floor while they were in the changing room. Working as a team we manage to ticket all the stock that was going on sale in the post Christmas period.I made sure that the shop floor as well as the stock room was kept clean and tidy. With the a large number of people visiting out concession stand, this was a task which kept me busy when I was not serving customers. Tops and jumpers were folded and put on the shelves, and hanging garments were neat in size order.
