- Overseeing and Managing overall daily and monthly operation: Online and Offline Marketing

-Identify, build relationship with merchants and manage their campaign performance-Be accountable for merchant activity all the way until first order (pitching, signing, on-boarding) before handling to the account management team-Always follow-up with merchants for post campaign activites-Work closely with acquisition and marketing team department to ensure campaigns are executed-Driving growth and Higher ROI -Achieve KPI monthly on acquisition of brands and sales amount -Pre brand-meeting report and monthly report to head of department

Document all necessary items as needed - Identify and communicate risks and responses to mitigate project risk Managing MoneyGram Cambodia Project- Develop Go-To-Market strategy and achieve assigned business target as assigned for the Cambodian market- Support Business Development and Operations Teams in the creation and promotion of value propositions through MoneyGram (MG) service in Cambodia- Provide/share communication strategies to drive business growth, location activation and marketing campaigns- Be responsible for idea generation and market analysis and communicate them to Country Manager – Cambodia- Upholding the compliance standards and ethics of MG at all times-Ensure well co-ordinated with the respective agent partners in keeping in line with the daily operational efficiencies and maintaining basic hygiene checks.

- Perform social media contents and posts evaluation based on the subject matter including: Politics, Arts/Culture, Music, Household/Gardening, Crime, Business, Health, TV/Movie, Foods, Scientific/Technology, Pet/Animal, Parenthood, Sports and Relationships - Performing a criteria check based on Attributes and nonattributes
