I am a highly motivated, analytically minded strategic business manager with over 20 years of energy experience. I have carried the responsibility of managing a unique energy portfolio over the last 10 years of my career. This portfolio consists of standard electricity retail arrangements to more complex, unique customer specific billing requirements consists of large retailers with multiple sites across many jurisdictions. My career history covers a variety of business roles utilising my strong leadership capabilities, stakeholder management, staff management, change management, business process re-engineering and process improvement skills. These roles have covered information system development, pricing operations, accounts receivable portfolio, network billing portfolio, meter data operations and retail billing operations across electricity retail industry. My strengths lie in my ability to guide and mentor staff, creation of high performing teams, strategically guiding business operations achieving operational cost reductions and economies of scale. Also I have contributed to the business by effective management of information systems and improving data quality, data health and operating in a highly regulated industry complying with business requirements, state based regulatory requirements and national energy customer framework.I have a proven track record of adding real tangible value to portfolio’s managed. Business knowledge gained over 20 years, my analytical skills, in depth knowledge in processes and information systems allows me to compile trusted strategic advice, which, when coupled with my relationship building and strong management skills, allows active change and real tangible results.
