Channce Fuller is the President of Okanagan Frozen Dough and a Vice President at Chenmark. Prior to his current role, he was Senior Vice President at Forbes & Manhattan Group (global leading merchant bank), responsible for Corporate Development, M&A evaluation, execution, and operational leadership of various portfolio companies.Previously, he served as an Executive Leader and the Vice President for Terrapure’s Western Canadian Facilities network. As a member of Terrapure’s Operational Leadership Team, he was accountable for the planning and performance of day-to-day operations with direct leadership accountability for developing multi-year strategies, business plans and the achievement of financial goals/objectives while driving improvements in EH&S and other supporting functional areas.Prior to Terrapure, Mr. Fuller served as Senior Strategy and Corporate Development Manager at Nutrien, the world's largest fertilizer producer and crop retailer. Leading up to this Channce held a number of roles with progressively more responsibility including various engineering roles, process safety/compliance positions and roles in Corporate Development and Strategy. This work was complimented by a period of management consulting where Channce worked with one of the world's leading management consulting firms (BCG) in Melbourne, Australia. Channce has worked with senior leadership across organizations and industries to develop and implement strategic initiatives including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, integration, and change management activities.Channce holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering (with Great Distinction) from the University of Saskatchewan. He is also a Professional Engineer registered with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta.
