-Receive new incoming and follow up referrals for all 8 Beaumont Health Hospitals, Including various physicians' offices. Receive incoming calls from Care Manager Line and retrieve voicemails hourly as daily task. I have also trained multiple new employees of job task and provide continuous assistance.

- Provide Exceptional after hours customer service receiving text message/phone calls from Rochester Answering Service Company- Contact caller regarding call and provided solutions. Troubleshooting steps for Oxygen Equipment not properly working. If unable to resolve via phone. On call Manager assigns the on call driver to provide in person troubleshoot and possible exchange of equipment if necessary. - Completing any discharge orders after business hours and addressing any Urgent or Life Sustaining issues that may arise.

Verification of patient demographics, height and weight. Review clinical documentation to determine if qualifying to bill insurance. Documenting steps of order completion process in patient account notes. - Receive credit card payment and provide to payment to billing for processing. Provide Liability Waivers when necessary and cash payments at retail site. Complete sales order for delivery from Hospital Retail Site or Home Health Services Warehouse upon Hospital Discharge to patient home or hospital room.-Direct contact with RN Care Managers via phone and all scripts. 1 year plus Experience with Epic One Chart, HDMS, Bright Tree, Apacheta, All Scripts and DME HUB, DME Flow Chart Systems. -Access and utilize multiple insurance companies: UMR, BCBS-Wed-Denis, Medicare- My CGS, Medicaid-Champs, Meridian, Molina, Priority Health, United Healthcare, Aetna- Navinet, Humana-Availity, HAP. Completing and Submitting Authorizations for Required Durable Medical Equipment. Also Submit to Third Party Payers due to Medicare Bidding for Billing.

-Intake Phones Team Received Incoming Calls from Patients, Physicians offices and Customers with Inquiries of follow up status for New and Pending Referrals. - Received reorders for processing and provided Follow Emails to Appropriate DME Teams Cpap, Diabetic, Urological, Ostomy, Wound Care, Tracheotomy, Enteral, Oxygen and all other Durable Medical Supplies and Equipment.

-Check patients in for OP surgery-Update families as to how their family member is doing in surgery-Escort families to Pre-Op and Recovery areas- Provides excellent customer service via answering phones and maintain waiting room cleanliness

-Interviews/conducts registration of patients as they arrive into hospital for outpatient/inpatient procedures via gathering of demographic information (i.e., name, address, phone number, social security number, insurance information, emergency contacts, etc.)- Assists with coordination of care and billing process for medical services provided via regular contact with doctors and other service professionals - Provides excellent customer service via completing of all required documentation in a complete, accurate and timely manner and assisting patients with general questions and/or complaints
