Gleaning insights from data, messages from chatter ... in business and life, I distill. Guiding my refinement are research, relationships and process discipline. A strategic consulting executive with 20 years’ global experience, I enjoy driving high-impact change initiatives and building mutually rewarding connections with customers, colleagues, media, analysts, and suppliers. My success is grounded in discerning the essential from the trivial.Employing this approach, I’ve served in leadership positions across several global operational consultancies. In 2008, I was recognized by Consulting Magazine with a Women Leaders in Consulting Award. Now Managing Director at The Kormac Group, I participate in management consulting sales, analyses, and project delivery. My thought leadership has appeared in dozens of news and trade publications on topics ranging from customer loyalty to operational improvement. I’ve led international sales and marketing teams – as well as an advertising agency – targeting every audience from C-Level executives to mass market. Across them all, clarity of purpose drove relevance and results. Simplification was especially crucial when communicating with Florida Power & Light’s 10 million customers about electricity, a mundane service only noteworthy when absent. There, I developed tools and messaging that improved perception of electric service quality and preventive maintenance by more than 15% and 20%, respectively. To help customers better understand their electric service, I project led the development of FPL’s System Improvements Map and Power Tracker. The latter online outage monitoring tool was widely covered by media and recognized as a top achievement in FPL’s 2011 Annual Report to Customers.Focusing on the essential also prompted me to take a sabbatical in 2018 to support my partner in the launch of his medical practice. After a few years of consulting collaboration, I joined The Kormac Group’s leadership team. I’m grateful to now serve among “good people doing good work for good companies.”
